Products made under Sorted's roof are made to order items, specifically crafted for you. Unless the product received is damaged, has cracks on surface or the product delivered is wrong from the product offered, we will not be able to accept it back to us.

For return products mentioned above, we offer a 07 day hassle free return phase, please keep the product in its original condition, with outer box and tags attached etc. for a successful pickup.
