Shipping policy

      1. How can you place and order?

We have our manufacturing units/ workshops in various parts on India depending on the locations of our designers/ collaborators.  

Currently we only ship in India, we plan to expand to foreign countries by 2026.

For delivery of products in India, log onto www.getsorted.co.in and continue shopping. 

2. Are there any Shipping charges on my order?

Pan India shipping is free for all prepaid orders, we levy no additional charge on shipping.

3.  How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is processed in our system, each product is scrutinized by our team of professionals to ensure it is in perfect shape and condition. We try to match the same level of detail and perfection as shown in our product images. After our final internal round of quality checks, they are packed by our team and handed to our trusted delivery partners. It is the duty of our delivery partners to bring the package to you at the earliest date. In case they are unable to reach and deliver it to you at the mentioned date and time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will recevie a confirmation on Email / WhatsApp / SMS with the required information to track your order. 

5. My Order will be shipped in Multiple Shipments. What does this mean?

This is completely normal, since we are completely made to order company, having a pre-existing inventory can be rare due to high rate of orders. If there are multiple orders from a single customer, we like to process it as per availability of our product, we ship as soon as it is packed and not wait for the whole consignment to get ready. Rest assured, you would only have to pay one time delivery charge which is included while purchasing. For orders outside India, we would prefer to deliver the consignment at a single time.

6. What is the estimated delivery time? 

We like to keep our raw material stock ready beforehand, but we craft it once the order is punched in our system. If the order is ready in our inventory, we estimate the delivery within 5-6 business days. For the orders not ready in our inventory, we estimate the delivery within 7-8 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our unit, you will receive a text message through SMS or WhatsApp or on your registered mobile number, you can track delivery of the same by inserting your tracking number on the Delivery Partner’s tracking portal. 

You will be able to track your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our manufacturing unit.

Please note: certain delivery extensions pertaining to sudden change in weather, rains, floods or any other naturally occurring calamity should be considered. The safety of our delivery partner also remains a top priority for us.
