We are a young collaborator based design platform in India that tends to understand your needs, we comprise of Architects, Furniture Designers and Artists who have come together to create some less ordinary pieces. Certainly, we have our design studio in Surat. You can also visit our workshops to check how things are made. We are honest and transparent in the way things are designed and manufactured for our customers. Customers are free to visit to place orders for Corporate Gifting and inspections. Sorted was created with an idea to provide a platform for designers to showcase their work. Online platform is the best possible outcome or a digital portfolio for a designer to bring their piece to life. We do not own a factory that makes prototypes, but a workshop that creates custom made pieces made to order for you. We do not have any middlemen selling our products, we are the direct source of purchase for you.
Sorted uses premium quality Wood, Leather and Metal for their products. We use seasoned Teak wood and Beech Wood which is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council from our vendors locally, Leather or other fabrics are procured from our vendors through catalog selection that best fits for us, Metals that are used are powder coated or PVD Coated that provides a 7 year Warranty from rusting or weathering.
We understand you might have certain changes or additions to our designs that best fits your criteria. Sorted does offer an option for customization on certain products
1. Desk Organizers, Laptop Stands, Monitor Stands, and Platters: customization can be done for corporate gifting or regular orders when orders quantity is at or above 20pcs.
2. Art Works: Custom made portraits or derivatives can be made from the reference image shared by you, after agreement and payment completion only can our artists begin their work. Please note art and design is subjective, our artists take their creative liberty to make the output that best suits you. Hence getting approval beforehand is necessary. 2. Food Platters are polished with Certified Food Grade Polish, which is naturally made, and safe for use. However scratching and abrasion on the surface with any sharp object can lead to removal of the top surface and decrease the product life.
3. Food stains to be cleaned immediately, a prolonged stain can lead to staining on the surface which can be tedious to remove.
4. Place your furniture/ product in a place for which it is designed.
5. Avoid placing the furniture/ product in direct sunlight as it can cause the wooden grains to crack and the material to lose its sheen.
6. Avoid placing the furniture/ product in moist environment which can cause moisture building and cause swelling or losing its shape.
