 1.  What is your return policy?

48 hours return period: We at Get Sorted offer a 48 hour return policy for users whose purchase has not met their expectations.

We ensure to promote a respectful and interactive environment during returns or exchange. Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our team may lead to order cancellations or other consequences.

For manufacturing or transport related defects within 48 hours of receipt, we offer a 07-day replacement guarantee. Ensure you share photographs, videos of defects/ damages of the product and mail them to us oncustomercare@getsorted.co.in or send a WhatsApp to our customer support team on +91 9723235174

Please note, returned products without name tags or bills will not be accepted, products filed for return after 48 hours return period will not be accepted.

2. What products are not eligible for return or refund? 

Products mentioned below are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or delivered wrong which can be filed for return within 48 hours from the date of acceptance of delivery.

Art Works: Our artists make custom made art works for you, hence art cannot be returned, certain colors or brush strokes as seen in the product image can vary from the product received.

Wooden Works: Our craftsmen make the product specially and specifically for you. Unless the product received during handover is damaged, or the product received is wrong, we will not be able to accept the product back to us.

3. How to request a return?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will work together to ensure that your replacement request is handled promptly.

1. Your order number and invoice
2. Description of the issue with the delivered product
3. Outer Packaging and Inner Packaging images
4. Clear pictures or videos showing the problem

 4. Return Policy

Our products go through rigorous quality checks during production and packaging process, we ensure there is no damage or nuance for our customers to find faults. However, in any rare case the product is found to be damaged, you can file for return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. How to request a refund?

You can receive a refund only in case of cancellations, if you wish to receive refund, you must cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the cancellation request has been accepted, you will receive your amount back within 03-05 business days. Please note refunds are only issued in case of cancellations. Once the refund is initiated, you will receive confirmation email or SMS.
