Warranty Policy

1.What is Get Sorted’s Warranty Policy?

Our products are made with a limited time Warranty Policy; the warranty is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Warranty and timeline of each product may vary and would be mentioned in the selected products’ details while purchasing.

2. What is covered under Warranty?

All manufacturing defects with the product would be mentioned under warranty clause pertaining to workmanship. Such defects include purchase of raw material from our end, polishing, stitching, bonding or component failure. This warranty is applied when the product is used under safe and normal working conditions for which the product was designed.

3. What is not covered under Warranty?

Get Sorted Team does not cover warranty under damages pertaining to misuse, accidents, dropping, neglects, different cleaning agents/ acids on our surfaces, abrasion or keeping the product in the space from where it was designed for. Oil or grease stains on our products which cannot be removed with water or acid free cleaning agents will not be considered under manufacturing defect. We cannot be held responsible for loss resulting due to thefts and break-ins. Please note that general color loss or fading of a product over the course of time should not be considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not included in our warranty. 

4. How to file for Warranty?
