Cancellation Policy

1. What is Get Sorted’s cancellation policy?

Cancellation before Processing: If the order or item that you have purchased needs to be cancelled, it can be done within 24 hours of processing the payment, since we are a custom made to order company, cancellation at a later stage accounts to loss of time and labour from our end. For Cancellations you can write to our customer support team atcustomercare@getsorted.co.in or WhatsApp on +91 9723235174 between 10:00AM to 06:30PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund of the amount within 24-48 hours after the cancellation request process is duly completed from our admin and support team.

Cancellation post Shipment: Please note that we will not entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

2. Are there any cancellation charges? 

There are zero cancellation charges for your order till the time it has been processed before 24 hours. Once processed, packed and shipped, there will not be any cancellation process request from our end. Actual delivery charges as levied by the delivery partner will be cancelled and you would be receiving the refund of the aforementioned delivery charge.

If you want to change the delivery location of the order, please mail to us within 24 hours of order purchase atcustomercare@getsorted.co.in in order to notify us. 

3. What products are available for cancellation?

The policies for all products are different. Please refer to the product description tab in the selected product page for more information.
Example:
1. Any product involving wood, metal or fabrics as a medium would require cancellation request within 24 hours of product purchase.
2. Any Art work involving custom made to order artistry would require cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement.

4. How can I get a refund on cancelled orders and how much time does this take?

In case of cancellation before processing, a full refund is processed within 24-48 hours after receiving the cancellation request.

For transactions done to via Online Payment Gateway through Net Banking, through Credit or Debit Cards or UPI, the reversed amount will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made. However, it might take another 2-3 days for it to reflect in your account.
